Printhie Wines
Sparkling & Oyster Curation
Your day begins at the beautiful Printhie cellar door with a sparkling experience that sets the tone from the first pour. Printhie is renowned for its award-winning Swift Sparkling range, crafted in the traditional method, and this tasting brings those wines together with freshly shucked oysters in a wonderfully unexpected way.
You'll begin with a private look behind the scenes at Printhie's oyster tank, where each guest selects four oysters to be shucked and served with matched vinaigrettes. Those oysters are then paired with four Swift sparklings — typically including the Cuvée, Rosé, Vintage and Blanc de Noirs. A Printhie Sparkling Specialist will introduce the pairings and explain the thinking behind each match, before leaving you to relax and enjoy the tasting at your own pace.

See Saw Wines
Seasonal Tasting Lunch
From Printhie, the day slows into the long-lunch heart of the experience at See Saw Wines. Over two unhurried hours, you'll enjoy a Seasonal Tasting Lunch paired with select sparkling wines from See Saw's organic Orange range — including their bright, crisp Prosecco and blush-toned Rosecco.
This is the relaxed, generous middle of the day: seasonal food, fresh bubbles, good conversation and time to actually enjoy where you are. The exact pours and menu may vary with vintage and season, but the brief is simple — beautifully matched food and sparkling wine in a setting that feels easy, social and distinctly Orange.

ChaLou Wines
Private Behind-the-Scenes Finale
The day finishes at ChaLou Wines, where you'll be welcomed by Nadja for a private behind-the-scenes experience. You'll get a glimpse into the people, place and passion behind the wines before settling in with bubbles and ChaLou's beautiful vineyard views.
Behind the wine is Nadja Wallington, one of Orange's most recognised young winemakers. Nadja has been named Young Winemaker of the Year, is a Len Evans Tutorial Scholar, and is an alumna of Wine Australia's Future Leaders program. Together with Steve Mobbs, she has also helped ChaLou earn major national recognition, including being named the 2025 Halliday Dark Horse Winery — an award given to a winery that has risen to 5-star status for the first time.It's a more intimate, personal way to finish the day — thoughtful, relaxed and genuinely memorable. ChaLou brings a wonderful sense of story to the experience. It's boutique, warm and very much about the people behind the wine.

There's another lovely layer to this day: it shines a light on some of the women helping shape the future of Orange wine. At ChaLou, Nadja brings award-winning winemaking, vineyard insight and genuine warmth to the private behind-the-scenes experience. At See Saw, female winemaking talent is part of a new generation pushing cool-climate, organic Orange wine in exciting directions. And at Printhie, the sparkling story has a strong regional-women thread — from the people behind the brand to its long-running support of women's achievement.
So yes, this is a day of bubbles, oysters and beautiful views — but it's also a quiet toast to women creating, leading and lifting the region.
